The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works In The Basement And Staircase Of The Building Located At Ul. Dukielska 2A In Głos Piastowe And Adapting It To The Requirements Resulting From The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of July 9, 2025 (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 932). For This Purpose, It Is Necessary To Perform In Particular: 1) Securing The Work Area, Including The Ventilation Room, 2) Preparing The Ground And Installing Tiles On The Walls, Floors And Stairs, 3) Applying Decorative Plaster, 4) Applying Gypsum Plaster, 5) Painting The Rooms, 6) Making And Installing Balustrades, 7) Installing Door Joinery, 8) White Assembly, 9) Installing A Pressure Boosting Set, 10) Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A Heat Pump For The Existing Central Unit Ventilation,11) Installation Of Lighting Fixtures, Surface-Mounted Installation,12) Provision Of Power Supply For The External Unit,13) Delivery And Installation Of Equipment,14) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Necessary To Obtain A Permit To Use The Part Of The Building Covered By The Works,15) Preparation Of Fire Protection Markings. Together With The Installation Of Fire Extinguishers Necessary To Obtain A Permit To Use The Part Of The Building Covered By The Works.
