The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As Documentation) For The Investment Task Consisting In The Reconstruction Of District Road No. 1283D On The Section From Provincial Road No. 338 To Provincial Road No. 340 Stary Wołów - Wrzosy - Rudno, With A Length Of 5.504 Km, Developed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations Regarding The Form And Content Of Design Documentation And Standards Technical Design Solutions Along With Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection. The Scope Of Documentation Includes In Particular: A) Architectural And Construction Documentation: - Land Development Design, - Construction And Executive Design For The Road Industry, - Road Drainage Design, - Construction Contract Documentation (Stwiorb, Investor And Offer Cost Estimates, Bills Of Quantities), Meeting The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program Of December 20, 2021, B) Materials Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit Or To Notify The Performance Of Construction Works, C) Materials Necessary To Obtain Arrangements, Permits And Decisions, In Particular Decisions On Environmental Conditions And A Water And Legal Permit (If Necessary), D) Plan For Cutting Down Trees Necessary To Remove From The Road As Part Of The Task Along With Obtaining A Decision On The Permit For Felling, E) Permanent Traffic Organization Project. The Task Is Planned To Develop Documentation, The Scope Of Which Includes In Particular: - Reconstruction Of A Road With A Bituminous Surface, 5.50 M Wide (Local Narrowing Of The Road To 5.00 M Is Allowed If The Terrain Conditions Do Not Allow The Construction Of A 5.50 M Wide Road), Strengthening The Substructure And Bituminous Surface To The Kr2 Traffic Category; - Renovation Of Existing Exits; - Renovation Of Intersections With Secondary Roads In Necessary Scope; - Drainage Of Water From The Road Surface; - Height Regulation Of Existing Sanitary Sewage Manholes, Gas/Water Supply Valves. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Develop Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, - Prepare And Obtain Starting Materials Necessary For The Execution Of The Order, Including Maps For Design Purposes, And Necessary Research, - Obtain All Administrative Decisions, Opinions, Technical Conditions, Arrangements And Permits Required By Law; - Prepare, Submitting An Application And Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit, Or Making An Effective Notification Of Construction Works With Obtaining A Certificate Of No Objection, - Developing, If Necessary, Reconstruction Projects Or Securing Collisions With Existing Technical Infrastructure And Agreeing On Solutions With The Relevant Network Operators And Infrastructure Managers,
