The Subject Of These Proceedings Will Be Located On Plot No. 1074/1, 1074/3 And 926/5, Milówka District, Milówka Commune. 2. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Carrying Out The Necessary Pre-Design Studies; 2) Performing Geotechnical Tests; 3) Verification Of Existing Development; 4) Development Of A Land Development Project; 5) Development Of Complete Design Documentation; 6) Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions; 7) Agreeing The Documentation With The Ordering Party; 8) Preparation Of Executive Design For All Required Industries; 9) Performance Of Demolition Works; 10) Execution Of Earth And Foundation Works; 11) Construction Of The Hall Structure; 12) Construction Of The Hall Casing; 13) Construction Of An Industrial Floor; 14) Construction Of Gates And Doors; 15) Execution Of Electrical Installations; 16) Lighting; 17) Installation Of Lightning Protection And Surge Protection; 18) Ventilation; 19) Implementation Of The Required Telecommunications Installations And Infrastructure For Future Systems; 20) Implementation Of The Required Fire Protection Measures; 21) Carrying Out Tests, Examinations And Measurements; 22) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation; 23) Preparation Of Documents Necessary To Obtain An Occupancy Permit. Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Provide The Ordering Party With All Documents Required To Obtain It.
