A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To Swz.3.The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For The Delivered Subject Matter For A Period Of Min. 24 Months.4.The Warranty Period Is Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol.5.In The Offer Form, Appendix No. 1, It Is Essential To Provide The Name Of The Manufacturer, Type Or Model Of The Monitor Offered, Enabling Its Clear Identification.6.The Delivered Devices Must Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations, Including The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of June 2, 2016 On Requirements For Electrical Equipment. In Particular, They Must Have The Ce Marking, Confirming Their Compliance With The Provisions Of The Regulation.
