Quote From Swz: 5.1.As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Successively Prepare Energy Performance Certificates For Residential And Commercial Premises And For Municipal Buildings Administered By Zgn In The Mokotów District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw And For Residential And Commercial Municipal Premises Located In Community Buildings That Are And Are Not Administered By Zgn In The Mokotów District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. The Premises And Buildings Referred To Above Are Located In Warsaw In The Mokotów District In The Area Of: Dom Służewiec, Wierzbno House, Wiśniowa House Madalińskiego House, Konduktorska House, Polkowska House.5.2.The Contract Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Is Valid For The Period - From The Date Of Signature To August 31, 2028. 5.3.The Ordering Party Assumes That During The Duration Of The Contract Concluded As A Result Of The Resolution Of The Proceedings In Question, Approximately 750 Energy Performance Certificates For Residential And Commercial Premises And 6 Energy Performance Certificates For Buildings Will Be Commissioned. The Above-Mentioned Numbers May Change Because The Certificates Will Be Prepared According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party. 5.4.The Ordering Party Informs That Most Of The Premises And Buildings It Administers Are Heated From One Heat Source (Municipal Heating Network Or Its Own Boiler Rooms). Some Premises, I.E. Approximately 20%, Have Individual Heating (Individual Gas Stoves Or Electric Heating). The Buildings Have Gravity Ventilation, They Do Not Have Central Air Conditioning. For The Execution Of Each Order, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Access To The Technical Documentation Of The Building Or Residential And Commercial Premises, And In The Absence Of Architectural And Construction Documentation Or Inventory - A Sketch Of The Premises With Partitions Added.5.5.Energy Performance Certificates For Residential And Commercial Premises And Buildings Indicated In Point 5.1 Will Be Issued On The Basis Of Written Orders Issued By Dom (According To Its Needs): 5.5.1.Orders Will Specify The Address Of The Facility And The Order Execution Date;5.5.2.Orders Will Be Submitted To The Contractor In Person Or Electronically.5.6.The Deadline For Completing The Energy Performance Certificate Will Be Counted From The Day Following The Date Of Submitting The Order To The Contractor And Cannot Be Longer Than That Specified In The Offer. The Maximum Allowable Completion Time Is 30 Calendar Days From The Date Of Submitting The Order. The Maximum Number Of Days By Which The Order Completion Period Allowed By The Ordering Party Will Be Shortened Is 20 Calendar Days.
