B The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of 13 Mobile Interactive Multimedia Devices (If Assembly Is Necessary, Also Assembly) Of Mobile Interactive Devices. 2) The Delivery Includes Equipment Described In Detail In Annex 1A To Swz - Detailed Delivery Specification. 3) The Equipment Delivered Under This Order Must Be New, Unused, Free From Defects, Coming From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel And Made Using Safe Technologies. 4) Instructions On The Use Of The Equipment Including How To Safely And Correctly Operate Interactive Multimedia Devices, The Aim Of Which Will Be To Fully Use The Functions Of The Equipment. 5) Each Equipment Offered By The Contractor Must Have A Certificate Of Compliance With Eu Requirements, Current Safety Certificates, Quality Certificates And Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Specified In Applicable Law And Have A Ce Marking - If The Equipment Offered Requires It. 6) Folding Goods Or Goods With A More Complex Structure Should Have Instructions For Use In Polish And A Warning About Hazards. 7) Approvals, Declarations Of Conformity, Etc.
