1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Engine Repair Services In Official Vehicles Used By The Provincial Police Headquarters In Krakow And Organizational Units And Cells Subordinate To The Provincial Police Headquarters In Krakow. Task No. 1 - Providing Comprehensive Engine Repair Services In Mercedes Sprinter 906 2.2 Cdi Vehicles; 2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Maximum Order Quantity Are Included In Annex No. 2 (Description Subject Of The Order) And Annex No. 1 (Offer Form) To The Swz. 3) The Offer Presented By The Contractor Should Include Comprehensive Costs Along With Labor And Materials Necessary To Perform The Services Indicated In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4) The Quantities Of Services Under The Procedure Are Indicative, These Quantities May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party During The Duration Of The Contract. 5) The Place Of Execution Of The Order Will Be The Contractors Workshop. The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize - As Part Of The Offer Price - Transport Of The Vehicle To The Place Of Service And After The Service To The Place Of Use Of The Vehicle. 6) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Inspect The Progress Of Vehicle Repairs At The Contractors At Any Stage Of The Service. 7) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty For The Services Performed In Accordance With The Data Contained In Annex No. 2 Of The Swz (Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order) From The Date Of The Acceptance Protocol, But Not Shorter Than The Manufacturers Warranty. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Required Data Under Pain Of Not Being Awarded Points In The Guarantee Offer Evaluation Criterion. If The Offered Warranty Period Is Not Entered, The Ordering Party Will Assume That The Contractor Offers The Minimum Warranty Period Required By The Ordering Party. The Relevant Data Will Be Supplemented By Making An Appropriate Correction In The Content Of The Offer, In Accordance With Art. 223 Section 2 Point 3) Of The Public Procurement Law.
