The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works As Part Of The Investment: Construction Of A Village Community Center In The Town Of Pałecznica - Stage I: Construction Of The Building To Zero Condition.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The First Stage Of The Investment, Which Consists In Bringing The Building Of The Village Community Center To Zero Condition, To The Extent Specified In This Description And In The Bill Of Quantities, In Particular: 1) Execution Of Preparatory And Earthworks Necessary For The Construction Of Foundations; 2) Construction Of Foundations And Foundation Walls Of The Building; 3) Implementation Of Moisture-Proof And Water-Proof Insulation Of Foundations And Foundation Walls, In Accordance With The Design Documentation; 4) Backfilling, Backfilling And Soil Compaction To The Extent Necessary To Complete The Works Covered By The Zero Level, In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities; 5) Removal Of Tree Roots, In Particular Pine And Birch, From An Area Of ​​Approximately 2,400 M², Along With The Removal Of Residues And Tidying Up The Area; 6) Construction Of A Water Supply Connection To The Extent Specified In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities; 7) Construction Of A Lightning Protection Ring; 8) Performance Of Other Works Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities, Directly Related To Bringing The Building To Zero Condition. 3. Completion Of The Building To Zero Condition Should Be Understood As The Complete Execution Of Works Covered By The Scope Of Works Indicated In This Description And Bill Of Quantities, Together With All Preparatory, Auxiliary And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of This Stage Of The Investment.4.Design Documentation And Stwiorb Are Used Only To The Extent Related To The Works Covered By This Order. Providing Documentation Covering The Entire Investment Does Not Mean The Obligation To Perform Works Beyond The Stage Of Bringing The Building To A Zero Condition.5.The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Supply Of Materials, Products, Devices And Equipment As Well As The Performance Of Tests, Tests, Measurements, Security Measures And Other Activities Necessary For The Correct And Complete Performance Of The Works Covered By This Stage, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Stwiorb, Bill Of Quantities, Applicable Law, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice.6.After Completing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Area, Protect The Completed Elements Against Damage And The Influence Of Weather Conditions, And Provide Acceptance Documentation Regarding The Scope Of Work Performed.7.
