The Third Party Liability Insurance Policy Will Be Sent To The Ordering Party Within 5 Days Of Concluding The Contract, But Before Its Performance Begins. If, During The Term Of The Contract Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor, The Validity Of The Contractors Liability Insurance Policy Is Coming To An End, Then The Contractor Is Obliged To Extend The Existing Policy Or Conclude A New Policy On Its Own And At Its Own Expense Without The Ordering Partys Request.
