The Subject Of The Order Is Execution According To The Documentation Prepared By The Design Studio Augmen Consulting Group Sp. J. Based In Zielona Góra, Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of A Forest Road In The Chachalnia Forestry. The Reconstruction Aims To Adapt The Technical Parameters Of The Road In Terms Of The Cross-Section And Road Structure To Transfer The Traffic Loads Of High-Tonnage Vehicles Involved In The Transport Of Wood And To Enable The Access Of Special Vehicles In The Event Of A Fire Hazard. The Design Documentation Covers The Entire Section Of The Road Planned For Construction, The Subject Of This Order Is Only The Following Part Of The Works Resulting From The Design Documentation: Reconstruction Of The Road Surface, Construction Passing Roads, Reconstruction Of The Existing Drainage System (Renovation, Cleaning Of Roadside Ditches, Replacement Of Culverts) And Grubbing Up Tree Stumps. This Procedure Covers The Construction Of A Road On A Section Of 637.07 Meters (Km 0.00 - 637.07). The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Reconstruction Of The Exit. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Prepare A Complete Application Allowing The Ordering Party To Obtain An Occupancy Permit, I.E. The Application And All Required Annexes. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Documentation, Other Technical Documentation (Including The Geotechnical Opinion) And Sst, Which Constitute Annexes To The Swz. The Rights And Obligations Of The Contractor Are Also Specified In The Contract Template, Which Is An Annex To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, At His Own Expense, Constant Geodetic Service And Supervision Over The Construction Works Carried Out Throughout The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Contract, From The Date Of Handing Over The Construction Site To The Date Of Final Acceptance. The Geodetic Service Will Be Performed By A Person Or Persons With Professional Qualifications In The Field Of Geodesy And Cartography Required By Law, Appropriate To The Type Of Activities Performed, In Particular In The Field Of Geodetic Measurements. Situation And Height, Implementation And Inventory, Or Geodetic Investment Service. By Constant Geodetic Service And Supervision, The Ordering Party Understands In Particular: A) Geodetic Marking In The Field Of The Scope Of Works, Road Axis And Other Elements Provided For In The Design Documentation, B) Ongoing Geodetic Control Of The Correctness Of The Execution Of The Works, In Particular Their Situational And Altitude Location, C) Carrying Out Control Measurements During The Implementation Of The Works, Including Request Of The Employer Or The Supervision Inspector, D) Checking The Compliance Of The Works Performed With The Design Documentation In Terms Of Parameters That Can Be Verified Using Geodetic Methods, In Particular The Alignment Of The Axis, Height Ordinates, Widths, Slopes And The Location Of Individual Road Elements,
