Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of 2 (Two) Mobile Field Kitchens As Part Of The Implementation Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025 - 2026.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 2 (Two) Brand New, Mobile Field Kitchens, For The Purposes Of Activities Related To Civil Protection And Civil Defense, Meeting The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 1A To Swz Required And Offered Technical And Quality Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order.2. Other Requirements: 1) The Offered Field Kitchens Must Be Brand New, Ready And Fit For Use, Bearing No Traces Of Use, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, In Particular Their Parameters, Technical And Construction Features, As Well As The Equipment Must Meet All Applicable Standards And Safety Requirements, 2) The Offered Field Kitchen Cannot Be Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties; 3) The Contractor Will Ensure Delivery Of The Offered Subject Of The Order To The Location Indicated By The Ordering Party, During The Ordering Partys Working Hours After Prior Telephone Arrangement Of The Date.4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Train Two Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Construction And Operation Of The Offered Field Kitchen.5) Trailers On Which The Field Kitchens Will Be Installed Must Comply With The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997. Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, Consolidated Text) And Implementing Acts To This Act, As Well As With Other Provisions Of Applicable National Law Of The Republic Of Poland And Eu Law,6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, Together With The Kitchen: - An Operating Manual In Polish, - Any Other Documents, Data And Information Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Subject Of The Contract, - Documentation Necessary To Register Trailers.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 A To The Swz - Offered Technical And Quality Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract - Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Posted In Electronic Version On The Website Of The Conducted Procedure, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz.4. Together With The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party Appendix No. 1A To The Swz - Required And Offered Technical And Quality Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order.
