Tenders Are Invited For Modernization And Expansion Of The City Warning And Alarm System

1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Modernization And Expansion Of The Urban Warning And Alarm System Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. 1.2. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of: 1) Stage I - Modernization Of 6 600T Electronic Sirens; 2) Stage Ii - Purchase And Installation Of Four New Sirens And An Alarm Control Panel To Control The Alarm Siren System. 1.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 11 To The Swz. 1.4. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. 1.5. The Contractor Guarantees That The Equipment Delivered As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Is Brand New, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Fully Functional And Suitable For Use In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose. The Contractor Undertakes To Install The Equipment In A Professional Manner, In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Legal Provisions And Applicable Safety Standards, Including Guaranteeing The Safety Of Users And Third Parties. 1.6. By Joining The Procedure, The Contractor Declares That The Delivered Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Have Both An Operating Manual And Technical Documentation As Well As A Warranty In Polish, And That It Will Meet All Required Standards For This Type Of Equipment Specified In Applicable Law. 1.7. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Principles Of The Latest Technical Knowledge And Applicable Legal Provisions, As Well As Polish Standards And Technological Requirements Specified By The Manufacturer Of A Given Type Of Material And/Or Device. 1.8. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Services Accompanying The Purchase, Such As: Transport, Loading, Unloading, Bringing To The Premises, To The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, And Complete Assembly, Including Commissioning And Training Of An Employee Of A Given Facility Indicated By The Ordering Party, And Modernization Of Six Sirens In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz. 1.9. When Handing Over The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Also Provide The Ordering Party With All Necessary Information Regarding The Safe Operation Of The Equipment, Will Perform Practical Commissioning And Check The Correct Operation Of Each Of The Sirens And The Alarm Control Panel, And Will Also Provide All Documentation Regarding The Subject Of The Order Along With The Operating Manual In Polish. 1/10 The Contractor Guarantees That The Delivered And Installed Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Free From Defects And/Or Faults And/Or Deficiencies, Will Be Brand New (Coming From Current Production, Unused, Marked And Factory-Packed - Original Packaging (The Packaging Cannot Bear Signs Of Opening And/Or
