Śniadeckich 2 In Koszalin, On September 22-25, 2026, To The Extent Specified In The Terms Of Reference (Swz), The Offer Form Constituting Appendix No. 1 And The Price Form Constituting Attachment No. 2 To The Swz.2.Number Of Days Of The Summer School: 43. Number Of Breakfasts (4), Number Of Coffee Breaks (4), Number Of Lunches (4), Hours Of Serving Meals Will Be Indicated By The Ordering Party.4.Duration Of The Summer School - From September 22-25, 2026 From 8.30 A.M. To 2.00 P.M.Total Number Of Participants: Maximum 25 People6.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Price Form (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz).7.The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Scope Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order By 20%. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party In This Respect. 8. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Participants, Depending On The Actual Needs And Progress Of The Project.9.The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Need To Coordinate Different Contractors Performing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract, As Well As Cause Excessive Technical Difficulties Or Excessive Costs Of Contract Performance. The Subject Of The Order Is Adapted To Be Carried Out By Small And Medium-Sized Entities.10.The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks.11.The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. In Such A Case, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate (In The Offer) The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide Their Names, If They Are Already Known At This Stage.
