This Is An Estimated Value And The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Volume Of Deliveries In The Event Of Circumstances Beyond The Ordering Partys Control, E.G. Unfavorable Weather Conditions.3.Oil Deliveries Will Be Made Successively Within A Period Of Up To 9 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Unit Quantity Of Heating Oil Ordered For Individual Educational Units Will Range From 500 Liters To 15,000. Liters. The Quantity Of Heating Oil Ordered Will Depend On The Current Needs Of Individual Units. The Ordering Party Will Try To Combine And Minimize The Quantity Of Deliveries. Receipt Of Receipt Of Fuel By The Above-Mentioned Employees Will Be Equivalent To Receipt By The Ordering Party.
