The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Two Nights Accommodation With Two Breakfasts And Two Dinners For A Maximum Of 140 People For The Exhibitors Of The Event: Festival - Małopolska Future In 2026 From November 30 To December 2, 20262.As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide: A) Two Nights Accommodation With Two Breakfasts And Two Dinners In A Hotel Or Hotels, Each With At Least A Three-Star Standard, In The City Of Krakow Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Following Districts: Stare Miasto I And/Or Grzegórzki Ii And/Or Prądnik Czerwony Iii And/Or Prądnik Biały Iv And/Or Krowodrza V And/Or Podgórze Xiii And/Or Bronowice Vi And/Or Czyżyny Xiv And/Or Bieńczyce Xvi And/Or Mistrzejowice Xv, For A Maximum Of 140 People Constituting Up To 13 Groups According To Annex No. 1 To The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Is Annex No. 1 To The Agreement, B) A Maximum Of 60 Parking Spaces At The Provided Hotel/Hotels Or Up To 500 Meters From A Given Hotel, Distance Calculated According To The Shortest Walking Route, Measured In Meters Using A Portal Enabling Measurement Distances (E.G. Google Maps),C) Exhibitors Accommodation Will Take Place On November 30, 2026, No Later Than 2 P.M., Check-Out On December 2, 2026,D) Accommodation For A Maximum Of 100 People In Single Rooms, Each With A Sanitary Facility (Min. Toilet And Bathroom) And For A Maximum Of 40 People In Double Rooms, Each With A Sanitary Facility (Min. Toilet And Bathroom). Bathroom),E) Accommodation In Single Rooms For A Maximum Of 140 People (If Applicable - In Accordance With The Contractors Offer. If The Contractor Declares To Provide Single Rooms For A Maximum Of 140 People, The Requirement Specified In Point D) Is Replaced By The Requirement Specified In Point E) ), F) Accommodation In A Maximum Of 5 Hotels Of At Least Three-Star Standard, G) The Ordering Party, At The Time Declared By The Contractor In The Offer Before The Order Completion Date, Will Inform The Contractor In Electronic Form About The Final Number Of People For Whom The Contractor Will Provide Two Nights Accommodation With Two Breakfasts And Two Dinners And The Final Number Of Parking Spaces Ordered. Such Notification Will Constitute The Basis For The Final Determination Of The Contractors Remuneration.3.Whenever The Order Documents Mention A Standard/Categorization, It Should Be Understood As Assigning A Category Marked With Asterisks In Accordance With The Act Of August 29, 1997 On Hotel Services And The Services Of Tour Guides And Tourist Guides And The Implementing Regulation Thereto.4.The Conditions Of Implementation And A Detailed Description Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 5.
