The Scope Of The Study Includes Plots With Registration Numbers: 506/300, 1857/10, 511/4, 1857/11, 1857/13 And 514/20, Constituting Part Of The Municipal Road Strip - Ul. John Paul Ii And Internal. There Is No Local Development Plan In Force In The Area In Question. The Designer Is Obliged To Prepare A Design Covering The Road And Electrical Industries. Technical Conditions Constituting Guidelines For Design Are Included In Annex No. 7 To Swz.3. A Map Indicating The Illustrative Scope Of The Study Is Included In Annex No. 8 To Swz.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Describe The Proposed Materials And Devices In Accordance With The Requirements Resulting From The Public Procurement Law, I.E. Using Technical Parameters, I.E. Without Giving Their Names. If The Contractor Indicates In The Prepared Documentation Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Such Indication Should Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent And A Description Of The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Order Execution Is Included In Chapter Vi Of The Swz And In The Contract Template, I.E. In Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
