1) Part One - Psychological Supportthe Subject Of The Service Is The Provision Of Specialized Psychological Support For Commune Residents, Aimed At Improving Mental Well-Being, Strengthening Emotional, Social, Family And Educational Competences And Preventing The Deepening Of Mental And Family Crises. The Action Is Aimed At Providing Professional Help To People In Difficult Life Situations, Experiencing Emotional, Adaptive, Educational And Relational Problems, Family Crises, Domestic Violence, Loss Of A Loved One, Chronic Stress Or Other Events That Negatively Affect Psychosocial Functioning. The Service Includes Individual Psychological Consultations For Children, Adolescents And Adults, Consultations For Parents And Guardians, And Family Meetings, Tailored To The Individual Needs Of Participants. As Part Of The Task, The Psychologist Diagnoses The Situation Of A Person Or Family, Determines Areas Requiring Support, Provides Psychological Assistance, Conducts Psychoeducational Activities And Strengthens The Participants Resources And Competences Enabling Them To Cope With Difficulties On Their Own. The Service Will Be Provided By People With Appropriate Professional Qualifications And Experience In Working With Children, Adolescents And Adults. The Consultations Will Take Place At The Headquarters Of The Płużnik Social Services Center, And In Justified Cases Also At The Participants Place Of Residence Or Another Place Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Service Will Be Provided For 300 Hours During The Duration Of The Contract, With The Contractor Independently Organizing The Implementation Of The Service, Including Setting Dates For Consultations With Participants And Selecting Methods And Forms Of Work Appropriate To The Participants Needs, In Compliance With The Requirements Specified In The Opz And Applicable Regulations. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Manner Of Performing Professional Activities By Persons Providing The Service. One Hour Is 60 Minutes.
