1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Professional Provision Of Services Related To Performing The Function Of An Investors Supervision Inspector, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point On Plots No. 264/5, 264/6, 264/7 At Ul. Krakowska In Wielka Wieś. The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Provision Of Services Including Full-Sector Investors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment, Participation In Activities Acceptance And After Completion Of The Works During The Warranty And Warranty Period, Participating In Warranty Inspections. The Supervision Inspector Is The Investors Representative, Authorized And Obliged To Supervise Construction And Installation Works In Accordance With The Documentation, Including The Construction Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And The Contract For The Implementation Of Construction Works In Close Consultation With The Investor, Which For The Above-Mentioned Tasks Is The Wielka Wieś Commune. Investor Supervision Will Be Exercised To The Extent Corresponding To The Following Requirements, In Accordance With Art. 25 And 26 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended) And In Accordance With Construction Art. Performing The Function Of The Supervision Inspector Begins On The Day Of Signing The Contract With The Contractor Of Construction Works For The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point On Plots No. 264/5, 264/6, 264/7 At Ul. Krakowska In Wielka Wieś. On The Same Day, The Supervision Inspector Will Submit A Declaration On Assuming The Obligations Of Investor Supervision Of The Construction Site. The Obligations Of The Supervision Inspector Expire After The Investor Completes The Final Acceptance And Settles The Works For Which Investor Supervision Is Performed With The Final Invoice And After Post-Warranty Acceptance. The Supervision Inspector Will Read The Full Design Documentation, Including Construction And Technical (Industry) Designs And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For Individual Tasks. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Includes: Investor Supervision Will Cover The Following Industries: • Construction, • Road, • Sanitary, • Electrical And Power Engineering.
