The Project “Improvement Of The Local Office Of Children, Coyhaique”, Bip Code 40073247-0, Commune Of Coyhaique; It Consists Of Improving The Thermal Envelope Of The Existing Construction, Changing Doors And Windows, An Extension, Which Includes A Bathroom With Universal Accessibility, The Incorporation Of Two Offices And A Kitchen On The First Level. It Will Be Executed With A Wooden Structure In Walls And Roof, With A Continuous Concrete Foundation. It Includes The Execution Of Major Work, Completions And Complete Installations (Sewerage, Drinking Water And Electricity). On The Exterior It Considers Complete Perimeter Closure, Landscaping And Rubber Floor Area.The Technical Bases, Technical Specifications, Electrical Technical Specifications, Potable Water And Sewage Technical Specifications, And Planimetries Approved By Mayor Decree No. 3551, Dated July 29, 2026, Will Be Understood As An Integral Part Of This Tender.
