This Contracting Procedure Is Divided Into Three Independent Award Lines: • Line N° 1: Bulldozer Service On The Río Claro River, Rengo Public Security Directorate. • Line N° 2: Contracting Of Cleaning And Clearing Service For Río Claro And Its Various Sectors Public Security Directorate. • Line N° 3: Excavator And Front Loader Rental Service For Interventions In Interior Sectors Of The Commune Of Rengo Directorate Of Cleaning And Decoration. The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Mechanized Tasks At A Lump Sum Per Unit Price Effective Hour Worked For Cleaning, Clearing, Leveling, Land Formation And Intervention In Channels And Urban-Rural Sectors Of The Commune, Aimed At Preventing And Mitigating Risks Derived From Meteorological And Hydrological Events. The Legal Nature Of The Contract Corresponds To An Administrative Contract For The Provision Of Comprehensive Services On Demand, Where The Contractor Assumes The Execution Of The Service Incorporating Machinery, Qualified Operator, Fuel, Maintenance, Transfers, Supplies And Safety Elements. The Contracting Will Be Financed Entirely From The Current Municipal Budget.
