The Execution Of The Object Of This Contract Involves, On The Part Of The Contractor, The Access And Processing Of Personal Data Of The Beneficiaries Of The Service. In This Framework, The Contractor Will Access Data For Which The Hospital Is Responsible, In Accordance With The Agreements And Protocols Established Between The Provincial Government Of Girona And The Hospital. The Contractor Must Strictly Follow The Instructions Of The Hospital In Relation To The Treatment Of Personal Data, The Application Of The Corresponding Security Measures, Attention To The Rights Of The Persons Concerned, The Duty Of Confidentiality And The Rest Of The Obligations Derived From The Current Regulations On The Protection Of Data. Prior To The Start Of The Service, The Successful Tenderer Must Sign With The Hospital The Corresponding Treatment Commission Contract, Which Will Be Drawn Up By The Hospitals Legal Services.
