The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Service And Repairs (Hereinafter Referred To As Service) Of 339 Vehicles - Official Means Of Transport (Hereinafter Referred To As Sdp) At The Providers Workplaces. Specifically, These Are The Following Types Of Sdp: • Truck Up To 3.5 Tons • Truck Over 3.5 Tons • Bus Up To 30 Passengers • Bus Over 30 Passengers • Minibus • Forklift Comprehensive Service Means - Provision Of Ongoing Repair Work, Warranty And Post-Warranty Service In Accordance With Procedures, Rules, Warranty Conditions And Using Technical Means Specified Or Recommended By The Vehicle Manufacturer. This Also Includes Carrying Out Regular Service Inspections, Repairs After Traffic Accidents, Routine Repairs, Repairs And Replacements Of Engines, Gearboxes And Axles. In A Limited Number Of Cases, It Involves The Provision And Execution Of The Emission Test And Mot Of Vehicles. The Provider, If He Does Not Have Authorization, Is Obliged To Order Warranty Repairs And Deliver Them To An Authorized Service Center, While The Client Does Not Allow The Charging Of Any Fee For Transport Or Handling When Transporting The Sdp To An Authorized Service Center.
