Engineering Design Services - Design Service - Complete Multi-Industry Documentation Along With Cost Estimates And Stwiorb For The Investment Task: Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Opc Inmate Accommodation Building At The Remand Center In Łódź. 1.1. The Procedure Is Conducted As An Open Tender Pursuant To Art. 129 Section 1 Point 1 And Section 2 In Connection With Art. 132 Et Seq. Swz And Any Changes And Clarifications Of The Content Of Swz, As Well As Other Documents Directly Related To The Procurement Procedure Will Be Made Available On The E-Procurement Platform. 1.5. The Proceedings Are Conducted In Polish. 1.6. Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Matter Of The Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws 2025.277, I.E.) 1.13. Pursuant To Art. 12 Section 2 Of The Construction Law, Activities Involving Design May Be Performed By A Person Performing An Independent Technical Function In Construction. 1/14. Only People With Construction Qualifications Can Perform An Independent Technical Function In Construction. Construction Licenses Are Granted Individually. Therefore, In Order To Develop A Construction Design, It Is Not Necessary To Establish An Employment Relationship Under The Employers Supervision. 1.15. The Ordering Party Requires A Deposit.
