The Duration Of The Provision Of Design Services And The Execution Of Works Is 12 Months. Technical Assistance From The Designer Is Provided Throughout The Execution Of The Works, Until The Reception At The Completion Of The Works Without Objections Of The Objective. The Awarding Procedure Is Initiated Under A Suspensive Clause, The Conclusion Of The Contract Being Conditional On The Securing Of The Funding Source And The Signing Of The Funding Contract Within The South-Muntenia Energy Efficiency For Public Buildings Investment Programme, From Non-Reimbursable Funds, State Budget And Local Budget, Under The Conditions Stipulated In The Specifications.
