Engineering-Related Scientific And Technical Services – Als (Airborne Laser Scanning) And Aerial Photography 2027-2030. Swissgrids Transmission Network, With A Length Of Around 3,800 Km, Is Completely Digitally Recorded In The Line Calculation Program Pls-Cadd (Software For Modeling And Calculating Overhead Lines). The Initial Data Collection Took Place In 2017–2018 Using Lidar Measurement Flights. Swissgrid Periodically Updates The Lidar Data And Aerial Photographs In Order To Detect Changes In The Route Perimeter, Assess Operational Risks Regarding Distances Between Lines And The Surrounding Area, And Track New And Converted Lines In The Data Set. The Measurement Flights (Lidar And Aerial Photography) Must Be Carried Out By The Contractor Within The Perimeters Defined By Swissgrid And In Accordance With The Technical Specifications Of These Specifications. The Resulting Data Serves As The Basis For Subsequent Evaluations In Pls-Cadd. Modeling And Analysis In Pls-Cadd Are Not Part Of This Order.
