The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct A Comprehensive Entrepreneurial Discovery Process Within B-Labs (Bl) For Selected Technological Areas/Fields, As A Result Of Which: • Challenges, Needs And Potential Directions Of Innovative Business Development Will Be Identified; • Identified Innovative Technological Solutions (Technologies/Technology Groups); • Created Seeds/Concepts Of Joint Projects Among Bl Participants; • Developed Recommendations Regarding The Directions Of Support For Innovation And Investment In Given Areas/Fields, Proposals For Possible Changes Or Additions To National Smart Specializations (Kis), As Well As Recommendations Regarding Mechanisms For Strengthening Science-Industry Cooperation And Developing R&D Staff. The Implementation Of The Order Is Intended To Contribute To Identifying The Conditions Necessary For The Comprehensive Development Of The Analyzed Technological Fields/Areas And To Increase Their Competitiveness On The Domestic And International Markets. It Should Also Provide Public Institutions With Information To Update Innovation Policy (In Particular In The Field Of Smart Specializations). 2. The Subject Of The Agreement Includes The Implementation Of 5 B-Labs In The Basic Scope And The Possibility Of Implementing A Maximum Of 2 Additional B-Labs Under The Option Right, On The Terms Specified In The Opz And The Agreement. 3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
