Safety Consultancy Services - Ensuring The Services Of A Cyber Security Manager (Mkb) - Repeated Management. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Ensure The Performance Of The Role Of Cyber Security Manager For The Client - Mendel University In Brno In Accordance With The Requirements Of Act No. 264/2025 Coll., On Cyber Security, As Amended (Hereinafter Also Zkb). The Contracting Authority Is An Obligated Person According To The Zkb. The Client Requests The Service Of The Cyber ​​Security Manager (Mkb) In The Form Of Outsourcing From A Qualified External Provider — A Legal Entity Or A Natural Person. The Provider Will Ensure The Performance Of The Mkb Role In The Form Of Outsourcing And Will Fulfill All Obligations Arising From: 1. Cybersecurity Act, 2. Implementing Regulations, 3. Regulator Requirements, 4. Internal Security Regulations Of The Contracting Authority, Including Methodical Management Of The Information Security Management System (Sřbi), Coordination Of The Implementation Of Security Measures, Support For The Management Of Cyber Risks And Incidents, And Communication With The Regulator. The Mkb Service Will Be Provided With Professional Care And Quality Corresponding To The Position Of The Contracting Authority As A Provider Of A Regulated Service Under The Regime Of Higher Obligations. The Minimum Requirements For The Subject Of Performance Of The Public Contract Are Defined By The Technical And Commercial Terms And Conditions, Which Are Set Out In This Procurement Documentation, Especially In Annexes No. 1 – Specification Of The Subject Of Performance And No. 2 – Draft Contract For The Provision Of The Services Of A Cyber Security Manager.
