The Subject Of The Order Is: Successive Purchase And Delivery Of Laptops (Portable Computers) With Additional Accessories For Various Organizational Units Of The University Of Opole. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To The Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Together With The Submission Of A Successive Order, With The Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Agreement (Appendix No. 1A To The Swz), Within The Period Indicated In Point. 4.1 Swz And Within The Time Specified By The Contractor In The Offer (In Connection With Point 4.2 Swz). 4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And As Part Of The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor. 5. The Quantities Of Individual Devices Covered By The Subject Of The Order Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Agreement (Annex No. 1A To The Swz) Are Indicative Quantities, Estimated On The Basis Of Expected Individual Orders. 6. During The Execution Of The Contract, The Ordering Party May Order A Larger Or Smaller Number Of Individual Devices Than Indicated In The Opz While Maintaining The Unit Price Of The Devices Unchanged Or Resign From Purchasing A Given Item. 7. The Ordering Party Will Purchase The Equipment Covered By The Subject Of This Contract For A Value Of Not Less Than Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Gross Remuneration Referred To In § 4 Section 1 Of The Contract. 8. The Purchase Of Devices Whose Minimum Parameters Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Agreement Will Take Place In Response To Individual Individual Orders Submitted To The Contractor Successively By The Ordering Party Via E-Mail, During The Period Referred To In Point. 4.1. Swz. 9. An Individual Order Is An Order Prepared Successively By The Ordering Party, Indicating The Device/Range Selected From The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Along With The Quantity And Value Of The Order, Containing A Unique Order Number Assigned By The Ordering Party And Information Regarding The Place Of Delivery. An Individual Order Is Sent To The Contractor By The Ordering Party Via E-Mail. 10. In The Offer Form - In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Manufacturers Name, Product Name / Model / Type Or Other Markings, E.G. P/N (Depending On The Requirements Specified In The Offer Form) Clearly Defining The Offered Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Data Specifying The Subject Of The Contract Offered - In A Way That Allows The Ordering Party To Clearly Identify The Subject Of The Contract Offered By The Contractor With The Requirements Indicated In The Contract Documentation. If There Is Such A Need And To Clearly Define The Offered Subject Of The Contract, It Is Required To Provide Additional Information, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide It So That There Is No Doubt For The Parties To The Proceedings What The Subject Of The Contract Is Offered By The Contractor.
