Electricity – Delivery Of Net Amounts Of Active Electricity (High/Medium/Low Voltage) And Selection Of A Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For A Period Of 12 Months. The Purpose Of Awarding The Public Procurement Is To Conclude A Contract For The Supply Of Net Quantities Of Active Electricity For The Needs Of The Stara Zagora Tp Dgs, Provision Of A Consumption Forecasting Service, As Well As Preparation Of Schedules By The Coordinator Of The Balancing Group, Their Submission, Correction Of The Submitted Schedules If Necessary, Responsibility For Balancing And All Activities Related To Participation In The Free Electricity Market Of The Contracting Authority. The Open Procedure Is Conducted With The Aim Of Awarding A Public Order For The Supply Of Electricity At Freely Agreed Prices According To Art. 100, Art. 101, Art. 102 And Art. 103 Of Ze And The Rules For Trading In Electrical Energy For Powering Sites Of Tp Dgs Stara Zagora, High, Medium And Low Voltage Network. The Price For The Supply Includes Active Electricity, Balancing Costs And Costs Of The Participant For Providing The Specified Services, Without The Balancing Group Being Additionally Charged For Excess And Shortfall Amounts Of Imbalances. The Client Does Not Pay For A Balancing Group And Does Not Bear The Cost Of Imbalances. Final Term Of The Contract - 12 Months, Counted From Its Conclusion, Or Until The Financial Resource Of The Order Is Exhausted And Is Terminated Upon The Occurrence Of Any One Of The Two Stated Reasons. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity For The Term Of The Contract Is 14,488 Kwh. The Quantities Specified In The Documentation Are Estimated For The Duration Of The Contract And Are Determined On The Basis Of Previous Consumption Of The Contracting Authority, Calculated For 12 Months, And The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Use Them And Is Not Limited By Them. When Executing The Order, All The Requirements Of The Technical Specification Must Be Observed. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Legally Determined Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. The Same Will Be Paid By The Employer To The Contractor.
