For This Purpose, The Building Envelope Will Be Completely Energy-Efficient, All Windows And External Doors Will Be Replaced And The Heating, Ventilation, Lighting And Building Automation Will Be Brought To An Energy-Efficient Level. The Current Gas Heating System Is To Be Replaced By A Brine-Water Heat Pump With Geothermal Probes. The Building Will Also Be Equipped With A Photovoltaic System. In Order To Cover The Additional Space Required And To Adapt To Todays School Requirements, The First Floor Will Be Expanded By Adding An Additional Floor And Reorganizing It. Additional Teaching, Therapy, Support And Specialist Rooms As Well As Additional Sanitary, Technical And Ancillary Areas Will Be Created Here. At The Same Time, Access, Fire Protection And Accessibility Are Being Improved By Expanding The Stairwells, Adapting The Elevator Systems And Redesigning The Entrance Area.
