The Subject Of The Order Are Services Commissioned By Bgk Consisting In The Implementation And Management Of The Financial Instrument Financing Investments Carried Out In The Province. Lublin, I.E.: Loan For Energy Efficiency In The Housing Sector (Iit) And Loan For Energy Efficiency In Public Buildings (Iit) (Hereinafter Referred To As The Loan). Details Regarding The Type Of Projects That May Be Financed Are Included In The Financial Instrument Metrics Constituting Annexes No. 2A And 2B To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu) (Metrics). 2. Bgk Was Entrusted With The Role Of The Entity Implementing The Trust Fund, Which Included The Above-Mentioned Financial Instrument. The Basis For Bgks Operation Is The Financing Agreement Concluded Between Bgk And The Lublin Voivodeship, Represented By The Management Board Of The Lublin Voivodeship, Acting As The Managing Authority Of The European Funds For Lublin Voivodeship 2021-2027 Program. 3. In Order To Complete The Order, Bgk Will Make A Financial Contribution From The Trust Fund To The Specific Fund Established By The Contractor From The Funds Of The European Funds For Lublin Province 2021-2027 Program. Detailed Rules For Transferring The Financial Contribution From The Trust Fund In The Form Of Tranches Are Specified In The Ppu. 4. The Entity Selected As The Contractor Will Act As The Entity Implementing The Specific Fund (Financing Partner, Pf) Referred To In Art. 2 Point 21 Of The Regulation (Eu) No. 2021/1060 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 24 June 2021. The Order Is Financed From The European Funds For Lublin Province 2021-2027 Program And Funds Constituting National Co-Financing, In Accordance With The Financing Agreement No. Felu.04.04-Iz.00-0001/23-00 On Financing Project No. Felu.04.04-Iz.00-0001/23 Titled Trust Fund Of The Lublin Voivodeship Concluded On August 29, 2023 Between The Lublin Voivodeship (Lublin Voivodeship Management Board) And Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, Which Acts As The Trust Fund Within The Meaning Of Art. 2 Point 20 Of The Regulation (Eu) No. 2021/1060 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 24 June 2021. Project Identification Number: Felu.04.04-Iz.00-0001/23. 5. The Credit Risk Related To Lending Activities Is Borne By The Contractor, Taking Into Account The Conditions Described In The Ppu. 6. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Tasks Was Specified In The Ppu (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz). 7. The Financial Contribution From The Trust Fund Made Available By The Ordering Party For The Implementation Of The Basic Order Amounts To Pln 17,000,000.00 In Total. 8. The Financial Contribution From The Trust Fund Is Intended For The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Implementation And Management Of The Financial Instrument Loan For Energy Efficiency In The Housing Sector (Iit) And Loan For Energy Efficiency In Public Buildings (Iit) And Granting Unit Loans With Parameters Specified In The Metrics Of The Financial Instrument Loan For Energy Efficiency In The Housing Sector (Iit)
