One Focus Is On The Additive Manufacturing Of Electronic Structures On Complex 2D And 3D Geometries As Well As The Integration Of Passive Components. In Order To Expand The Competencies In The Area Of ​​Digital Printing And 3D System Integration, A Dispensing System Is To Be Procured As Part Of The Procurement Project, Which Is Co-Financed By The European Union (Funding Code Erdf Infrapronet 2021-2027, Application 100786592, Account Number 3001119322), Which Can Capture High-Resolution Structures. This System Is Specifically Intended For The Creation Of Microstructures With The Highest Geometric Precision And A Resolution In The Single-Digit Micrometer Range. A Significant Advantage Lies In The Ability To Process Highly Viscous Pastes (Up To 2,500,000 Cp) With Small Structure Widths (From 1 Μm) In A Material-Saving And Reproducible Manner.
