The Subject Of The Vz Is The Provision Of Services In The Area Of Collection, Collection And Disposal Of Mixed Municipal Waste /Sko/, Separated Waste And Biodegradable Waste /Brko/ For The City Of Velešín And Adjacent Municipalities Of The Cadastre Of The City Of Velešín, In The Following Scope: A) Collection, Collection And Disposal Of Sko, B) Collection, Collection And Disposal Of Sorted Waste - Plastics, C) Collection, Collection And Disposal Of Sorted Waste - Paper, D) Collection, Collection And Disposal Of Sorted Waste - Mixed Glass, E) Collection, Collection And Disposal Of Biodegradable Waste, F) Rental Of Containers For Sko, Separated Waste And Brko, Namely In The Numbers, Volumes And Design Of The Containers Specified In The Annexes To The Agreement. When Providing Services, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With Generally Binding Legal Regulations, In Particular Act No. 541/2020 Coll., The Waste Act, As Amended (Hereinafter Also The Waste Act). Part Of The Scope Of The Vz Performance Also Includes: • Ensuring The Transport And Removal Of Municipal Waste From Natural Persons And Legal Entities Involved In The Municipalitys System To The Landfill To The Extent And Under The Conditions Specified In The Procurement Documentation, • Ensuring Cleanliness At The Place Of Emptying Of Collection Containers (Resources) And Its Surroundings Immediately After Collection, I.E. After They Have Been Emptied, In Such A Way That There Is No Violation Of Hygiene Regulations, Damage To Collection Containers Or Damage To The Property Of Property Owners And Implementation Cleaning The Surroundings Of The Place Of Emptying, • Immediate Storage Of Waste Containers In The Original Place Or The Place Designated By The Contracting Authority, • Keeping Continuous Records Of Waste And The Way They Are Disposed Of In Accordance With The Waste Act And Implementing Regulations, • Renting Containers For Mixed Municipal Waste, Separated Waste And Biodegradable Waste, In The Numbers Specified In The Excel Tables Of Individual Types Of Waste Forming Annexes To The Agreement; Number Of Containers Incl. Of The Number Of Containers Owned By The Contracting Authority, Their Volume, Frequency Of Export For Individual Types Of Waste Per Year, Is Contained In Annex No. 3 Of These Ppzn - Excel Tables, Which Will Subsequently Become Integral Annexes To The Agreement After The Conclusion Of The Agreement.
