The System Shall Contribute To Strengthening Situational Comprehension In Norwegian Sea Areas By Using Image Forming Sensors (Optical And Sar – Synthetic Aperture Radar). This Shall Enable: Verification Of Ais Data Detection Of Vessels That Do Not Send Ais (So-Called Dark Vessels) Improved Situation Understanding And Decision Support In The Operative Contexts The Coastal System Has Tested The Use Of Non-Cooperative Sensor Data From Satellites In The Summer And Autumn 2025 Through The Company Vake Ass Presentation And Analysis System (Vake.Ai.). The Testing Of Data In Vake Is Based On Optical And Sar Sensor Data From Sentinel-1 And 2 Satellites In The Eus Copernicus Programme And On Ais Data From The Norwegian Coastal Administration. Developments In This Procurement Cannot Be Included. Tenderers Shall Document That The Offered System Was Established And Operative At The Tender Deadline. The Documentation Shall, At A Minimum, Consist Of: A Technical Description Of The Offered System, Including Main Functionality, Used Data Sources And Central Analysing Functions. Screen Images Showing Central Functions In The System, Including Visualisation Of Satellite Data, Object Detection And Analysis Functionality. Information On The Date Of Production Of The System To The Customer. Description Of The Systems Operative Use For At Least One Customer Or Final User. Documentation That Substantiates Actual Operative Operations Before The Tender Deadline Expiry, E.G. Customer Confirmation, Operational Reports, Uptime Reports, User Statistics Or Equivalent. The Contract Will Be Valid For One (1) Year, With An Option For An Extension.
