The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Physical Protection Services For Persons And Property On The Premises Of The Rolling Stock Repair And Operation Section Of The Company Koleje Mazowieckie - Km Sp. Z O.O. 2. A Detailed Description, Scope, Requirements And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes That Refer To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Indicated In The Swz And Annexes If They Allow To Obtain Features Or Parameters Not Worse Than Those Referred To In The Swz And Annexes. If Equivalent Solutions Are Used, The Contractor Will Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of The Evidence Referred To In Section 3 (If Applicable). If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Evidence Or The Evidence Submitted Is Incomplete, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 107 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law Will Call On The Contractor To Submit Or Supplement The Evidence Referred To In Section 3 (If Applicable). 5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor And The Subcontractor (If The Contractor Entrusts Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor) Execute The Order With Security Personnel Employed Under An Employment Contract. The Method Of Documenting The Employment Of Employees, The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements And Sanctions For Failure To Meet Specific Requirements Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 6.
