The Subject Of The Procurement Procedure Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Pursuant To § 131 Et Seq. Of The Act Between The Contracting Authority And Several Suppliers, When Sub-Contracts Will Be Awarded By A Procedure With The Renewal Of Competition Between The Participants Of The Framework Agreement In The Sense Of § 132 Paragraph 3 Letter A) Of The Act, For A Certain Period Of Time. The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Is The Conclusion Of Individual Sub-Contracts, The Subject Of Which Will Be The Performance Of Analytical, Documentation, Consulting And Development Work (The Subject Of Sub-Contracts Is Also Referred To As Work) And Will Mainly Consist Of Providing Support Services For The Operation And Development Of The Arcgis Information System, I.E.: 1. Creation Of Documentation; 7. Participation In Negotiations With Third Parties Or Project Meetings.
