Environmental Management – Ecological Investigations Of The Protected Benthos, Biotopes And Fish In The German Exclusive Economic Zone Of The North Sea For The Preliminary Area Investigation. According To Sections 9 Ff. Windseeg, The Federal Maritime And Hydrographic Agency (Bsh) Examines The Areas Identified In The Area Development Plan For Tendering By The Federal Network Agency (Bnetza) And Development With Wind Turbines. The Marine Environment, Subsoil, Wind And Oceanographic Conditions, As Well As The Traffic Suitability Of The Area Are Examined And Reports Are Prepared. The Bsh Examines The Suitability Of The Area Based, Among Other Things, On The Information From These Investigations. If The Bsh Comes To The Conclusion That The Area Is Suitable, It Will Determine The Suitability By Means Of A Legal Ordinance And The Results Of The Investigation Will Be Sent To The Bnetza For The Tendering Process. The Results Are Also Made Available Via The Data Portal For Preliminary Area Investigation. The Services Advertised Here Are Those That Serve To Investigate The Marine Environment Within The Meaning Of Section 9 Paragraphs 1 And 2 In Conjunction With Section 10 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 And Sentences 2 And 3 No. 1 Windseeg. The Subject Of The Tender Is The Implementation Of Ecological Studies Of The Protected Benthos And Fish In The German Exclusive Economic Zone Of The North Sea For The Preliminary Area Investigation Based On The Current “Standard Study Of The Effects Of Offshore Wind Turbines On The Marine Environment” (Stuk4; Download Possible At: Https://Www.Bsh.De/De/Publikationen/_Anlagen/Downloads/Offshore/Standards/Standard-Auseffekten-Offshore-Windenergieanlagen-Meeresumwelt.Html?Nn=281004). 5 The Services For The Areas Correspond To Those Described As An Example For The Study Area N-16_Ost. The Areas Covered By The Overall Contract Are The Areas That Are Defined In Further Fep Updates In Zones 2 To 5 Of The North Sea (See Figure 1) As Areas To Be Centrally Pre-Investigated And Which Are Or Will Be Listed For Tender By 2040. For The Annual Tender Volumes, Reference Is Made To Section 2A Windseeg And The Applicable Area Development Plan. The Survey Program Includes Ship-Based Surveys Of The Fish Fauna And The Benthos. The Test Results Will Have To Be Documented In Area-Related Reports. The First Investigations From This Overall Contract Will Take Place Within Area N-16 And In The Period From September 1St, 2027 To November 30Th, 2028. The Preparation Of The Reports For The Initial Investigations Must Be Completed As Follows: Interim Reports By: September 30, 2028 At The Latest. Final Reports By: March 31, 2029 At The Latest
