Tenders are invited for Financing pathway for the Senmonorom CWIS Plan, and mapping of CWIS actors and financing sources in Cambodia Maximum budget USD 5,150 (all-inclusive). Two instalments, per BORDA policy for assignments under EUR 5,000. The inception note is a quality milestone and is not separately paid. All deliverables must be accepted and invoiced before 31 December 2026. Budget The maximum budget is USD 5,150, all-inclusive of professional fees, taxes, domestic travel and all incidental costs. The financial offer must state the daily fee rate, the number of days per work package, and any reimbursable costs itemised separately.
