Tenders are invited for Purchase of Mechanical Sweeper Machine for the State Waste Management Board COLLECTION/SUBMISSION OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS. Bidding documents may be collected from the Procurement and Disposal Office in Edo State Waste Management Board, Governors Office from 24th August to 8th September, 2026 between the hours of 9am and 3pm on Mondays to Fridays, except on public Holidays for a non-refundable tender fee payable after using a service bill reference code to be collected from the Finance and Account Department of the Edo State Waste Management Board. All bids must be accompanied by bid security of 2 percent (2%) of the quoted contract sum. Bids must be submitted to the address below not later than 12 noon 8th September, 2026 in two (2) separate sealed envelopes and marked TECHNICAL BID On the top right corner and the other to contain the FINANCIAL BID and boldly marked FINANCIAL BID on the top right corner. The two envelopes are to be placed in one large envelope and addressed to; The Managing Director, Edo State Waste Management Board, Governors Office P.M.B. 1080, Benin City. Please note that electronic bidding will not be permitted 5.0 OPENING OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS. Bids must be submitted to the Edo State Waste Management Tenders Board as detailed in the bidding documents on or before 11:59a.m. on 8th September, 2026 and the bids will be opened on the same day at 12;00pm at the Edo State Waste Management Board, Governors Office in the presence of the bidders representatives and Civil Society Organizations (with mandate of ensuring transparency and accountability) who wishes to attend. The Public bid opening will be done immediately after the deadline of submission on 8th September, 2026 by 12noon at Edo State Waste Management Board, Governors Office, P.M.B. 1080, Benin City. Any member of the public who wishes to attend the exercise can also be allowed to observe the process without interfering with the proceedings.
