Request for Tender: Design and Build-Mbabane Industrial Site Sewer Rehabilitation. Interested eligible Contractors may obtain further information about the tender document at the address given below at 8(a) from 8.00am-16.00pm. 5. The Tender document which has been prepared in the English language may be obtained by interested Contractors at 8(b) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of E1000.00. The method of payment will be through paying at EWSC service centre using the reference EWSC 20 of 2026-2027- Tender Fee with effect from 25th August 2026. 6. Tenders must be delivered to the address indicated below at 8(c) at or before 12.00 noon, 25th September 2026. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of E20,000.00 or such other acceptable tender securing instrument as specified in the Tender Data Sheet. Tender securities must remain valid until 28 January 2027. Late Tenders shall be rejected and returned unopened. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission in the presence of Contractors representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 12.00pm on the 25th of September 2026. 7. A pre-Tender meeting and site visit shall be held at Mbabane Industrial Site Sewer plant: location being: (26°1942.4"S 31°0854.3"E) at 12.00 noon on the 4 th of September 2026. Attendance requirements, if any, shall be as stated in the Tender Data Sheet; minutes and any clarifications or amendments arising from the meeting shall be issued in writing to all Contractors who obtained the Tendering Document and attended the pre- tender meeting.
