Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for the Design Development, Procurement and Construction Supervision of a Mixed-Use Development (Escom House Office Complex) in Blantyre, Malawi the RFP document may be inspected at ESCOM House, 9 Haile Selassie Road, Blantyre during normal working hours, and may be obtained from the same address or downloaded from the ESCOM e-Tender Publication Portal at www.escom.mw/tenders/ upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of MWK15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand Malawi Kwacha) from 25th August 2026. A Mandatory online briefing session will be held on 7 th September 2026 the session link will be provided to all interested firms. 6. All communication concerning this Tender, including queries and requests for clarification, shall be made in writing only to [email protected], to be received on or before 14th September 20226. No telephone enquiries will be entertained. All responses shall be provided to all registered bidders by close of business on 18th September 2026. 7. Proposals must be prepared and packaged in accordance with the RFP document (Part A: Compliance Response; Part B: Technical/Functional Response; Part C: Pricing Proposal), in separate sealed envelopes marked Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal, enclosed in one outer envelope bearing the procurement reference number, the title of the assignment and the bidders name and address. Proposals shall remain valid for 180 days from the closing date. 8. Sealed proposals must be delivered in hard copy to the address below on or before Tuesday, 29th September 2026 at 10:00am local time. Electronic submission of proposals shall not be allowed. Late proposals will be rejected. Technical proposals will be opened publicly shortly after the closing time on the same day, ESCOM Staffing Development Centre at Mpemba in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend.
