Quotation are invited for Event Management Services to Organise the 3rd Annual Judicial Conference, to be Organized in Co-Operation with the Supreme Court, 1-2 October 2026 in Kyiv, Ukraine LOT I Conference Facilities, Equipment, Accommodation, Catering Services and Outdoor Open Green Area for a Reading Club Session; LOT II Event Support Services, Delivery of Materials, Travel Expenses Compensation, Transfer Services, Catering Services, Other Equipment and Materials. Evaluation will be made separately for each LOT. The ExB SPU project Advancing the Quality of Justice by Empowering the Supreme Courts Role in Delivering Transparent, Accountable and Inclusive Justice (hereinafter the "Project") envisages to organise a 1.5-day high-profile national forum (Activity 1.2) on 01-02 October 2026 (hereinafter the Event) in co-operation with the Supreme Court to present crucial aspects of Supreme Courts activity and courts of cassation. The Event will provide a platform for about 150 participants (judges, governmental officials, bar, scholars and legal experts) to discuss issues related to judicial adjudication and strengthen horizontal contacts between Ukrainian justice sector stakeholders. The event is also aimed at enhancing consistency and coherence of judicial practice across instances and jurisdictions and supporting judicial dialogue across the judicial hierarchy. Based on the above, the OSCE SPU requires a hotel and/or conference service company to provide logistical and technical support.
