The consultant will provide guidance on the existing menu, conduct tasting and testing of menu items, recommend modifications, provide food costing and menu engineering support, and deliver practical training to the cook on appropriate cooking techniques. Key Responsibilities:-Review and assess the existing menu and provide recommendations.-Conduct tasting sessions and test existing menu items.-Modify and improve recipes and menu items where needed.-Conduct food costing for menu items and provide recommendations for costefficiency.-Provide menu engineering recommendations to improve the menu and its overallperformance.-Provide guidance on authentic Mediterranean and Lebanese cooking techniques.-Deliver 23 practical training sessions for the cook.-Provide guidance on food preparation, cooking techniques, and menuconsistency.-Provide feedback and recommendations following the training and tastingsessions.
