Aug 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Health Transportation may be requested for outreach and field visits, access to project services, meetings, trainings, workshops and other approved project activities. The estimated overall volume is approximately 55 trips during the project period; this is indicative and does not constitute a guaranteed quantity. Provide one-way and round-trip transportation according to the requested pick-up point, destination, time, passenger count and vehicle category. Provide clean, roadworthy, legally registered and insured vehicles, with licensed and professional drivers. Provide a replacement vehicle/driver in case of breakdown, cancellation or unavailability. Respect punctuality, confidentiality, safeguarding requirements and applicable Lebanese laws. How to apply Only bidders meeting all mandatory requirements will proceed to financial evaluation. Bidders shall submit the following evidence: Valid legal/company registration and authorization to provide transportation/taxi services in Lebanon, including applicable statutory compliance certificates/licenses. Valid insurance covering the service provider and vehicles used for the assignment. Fleet capacity of at least 3 operational vehicles, including at least 2 sedans and 1 vehicle suitable for 57 passengers. Fleet list showing vehicle brand/make, model, year, seating capacity and registration number, with copies of valid vehicle registration and insurance. List of available drivers with copies of valid driving licenses. At least 2 years of relevant transportation-service experience, supported by client references, contracts or similar evidence. Ability to provide services in the required areas of Lebanon and to provide replacement transportation when needed.
