Tenders are invited for Supply and Laying of Floor Carpeting & Vinyl Flooring at ll2 Dcsoc & Niioc of Block 01 and ll3 of Block 02 Defence Headquarters Complex at Akuregoda. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla from 24th August 2026 until 17th September 2026 from 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs during working days upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Sri Lankan Rupees Four Thousand (LKR 4,000.00). The method of payment will be by cash or Bank draft drawn in favour of The Director, Project Management Unit, Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla. All bids shall be accompanied by a "Bid Security" of Sri Lankan Rupees One Hundred Twenty Three Thousand Nine Hundred Thirteen (LKR 123,913.00) obtained from a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in the form of an unconditional and on demand guarantee and shall be valid up to 01st January 2027(105 days after the date of Bid opening).
