Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Training and Commissioning of Brand New Tools & Equipment for Stf Katukurunda Sub Workshop and Dismantling, Moving and Replacing the Installed Equipment and Removing the Existing Workshop from the Parade Ground and Setting up a Single & Complete Automobile Workshop in the Garage Building Nearby the Service Station. Document Charges (Rs.): 12,000.00 Value of Bid Security (Rs.): 700,000.00 04. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Director/Logistics, STF & inspect the bidding documents from the address given below from 0900 hrs. to 1500 hrs. on any working days except on Public & Bank Holidays from 24.08.2026 until 14.09.2026. 05. Qualified Bidders shall possess legal rights for the above procurements. The Bidder should be a registered Business Firm. The Bidder should be registered under Public Contracts Act No. (03) of 1987 (PCA03) (For Total Bid value of over 5 million). The Bidder shall not have a conflict of interest and bidders name shall not be included in the list of debarred firms at the National Procurement Commission. A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders from the STF Procurement Unit on submission of a written application to the address mentioned below, upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee indicated above table in cash per each tender from 0900 hrs. to 1500 hrs. on any working days from 24.08.2026 up to 14.09.2026. Only a single set of bidding documents for each procurement shall be issued for an institution. Representatives attending to collect the bidding documents shall submit a letter of authorization issued by their respective organization, to collect the bidding documents on behalf of the organization. 07. Bids with two copies, Bids must be inserted into the tender box placed at the under noted address at or before 1400 hrs on the date of opening (15.09.2026) of the respective tenders. Alternatively, bids may be sent by registered post to reach before the closing time of bids. The respective Tender Number should be indicated at the Top of the Left Corner of the Envelope. Any late bids will be rejected.
