Tenders are invited for Design Review and Construction Supervision for Roads and Bridge Projects. Accordingly, the following provisions of Section 2, Bid Data Sheet, of the bidding documents and request for proposals documents are amended as follows: (a) For Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 (works): ITB 23.1 (deadline for bid submission) and ITB 26.1 (bid opening) are amended to read Thursday, 10th September, 2026 at 10:00 hours local time; and ITB 10.1 (deadline for requests for clarification) is amended to read Thursday, 3rd September, 2026. (b) For Lots 5, 6 and 7 (consultancy): ITB 18.1 (deadline for proposal submission) and ITB 21.1 (proposal opening) are amended to read Thursday, 10th September, 2026 at 10:00 hours local time; and ITB 7.1 (deadline for requests for clarification) is amended to read Thursday, 3rd September, 2026. 4. The venues for submission and opening remain unchanged. Bids and proposals shall be delivered to the Chairperson, Internal Procurement and Disposal Committee, Zomba City Council, 2nd Floor, Room 27, Nkulichi Road, P.O. Box 43, Zomba, and shall be opened at the Civic Office Chamber, Nkulichi Road, Zomba, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. 5. The period of bid and proposal validity remains one hundred and twenty (120) days, now reckoned from the revised date of opening.
