All bids should be accompanied by a Bid Security of Sri Lankan Rupees Hundred Thousand (Rs. 100,000.00) by a bank guarantee from any commercial bank registered under the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in favour of Secretary, Ministry of Environment. Bid bond shall be valid up to 24.12.2026. Bids should be sent at or before 10.00 hrs on 11.09.2026. Bids will be opened soon after closing.
