A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 1st September 2026 at Procurement Division, 05th Floor, of the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education on above Procurement. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders from the Procurement Division upon submission of a written application at or before 3.00 pm, 14th September 2026 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 19,700/- for document.
