Bidding document: a) Should be in A4 size b) Should be Spiral binding/Perfect binding (Glued spine like paperback books) Bid documents should be obtained from Accountant at the above address from 25.08.2026 to 14.09.2026, between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. during working days on submission of the following: A written application to the Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Teaching Hospital, Jaffna. Certificate of Business Registration (Certified Photocopy) A Certificate / letter issued by the principals appointing your company as local agents for their products. Upon payment of the non-refundable tender fee stated above in cash to the Director Teaching Hospital, Jaffna. The following Certificates must be attached in your bids: Certified Copy of the Valid CDDA / NMRA Certificate Upon production of the certificate registration issued by the Registrar of Companies under the Para 8 of Public Contracts Act for each offer to be eligible in this procurement if each total equipment Value is more than Rs. 5.0 million.
